Emergency Meal Sites
Emergency meal sites (also referred to as soup kitchens) are places where people can go to enjoy a free hot meal in a safe and dignified setting. Volunteer opportunities at emergency meal sites often involve providing support during the meals themselves. Sites typically serve anywhere from 30 to 100+ people and often need volunteers to help serve meals, engage with guests, record guest turnout, and set up and clean up.
For more information or to apply to volunteer, please contact the sites directly. Download the Free Meals Flyer with more details about times and services here.
